Welcome to Store Nishi Chauhan. Every product I sell here is analog- designed and hand-made, by me, using a variety of techniques and has an interesting story, all its own. By their very nature, hand-made products are one of a kind. Measurements will vary and all sizes listed are approximate. Colours are also likely to be subtly different as organic lacquer, ceramic glazes, inks, paints & coatings tend to vary from batch to batch. Be assured, however, that I try my best to ensure that what you buy most closely resembles what you see in the shop.

I do my very best to provide you with the highest quality work. Every product that leaves my studio has passed my own, very high standards of excellence and quality.

Payments

For all our international customers- This store accepts all major credit cards through PayPal, an easy, secure method of online payment. You do not need a PayPal account for this transaction. Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

For all our India customers- Current RBI guidelines do not allow PayPal to accept credit or debit card payments from Indian customers on my behalf. Choose the Bank Deposit option during checkout (step 2 of the checkout process). You will receive an email from Store Nishi Chauhan with instructions on how to make a bank transfer payment, in Rupees, and complete the transaction.

Unfortunately, I cannot cancel orders once they are placed since most of my products have a production lead time, a commitment from my end once I receive an order. However, you can write me or call me on +91 9620339690 for clarifications before you place your order.


Shipping

International orders ship WorldNet Express via India Post and usually take 1-2 weeks to reach you. I ship to most countries, however, if you do not see your location listed, please write me for a shipping quote. Buyers are responsible for duties, fees, taxes & other charges (including customs duties and other charges) incurred upon receipt (as per the regulations in your country).


Refunds & Exchanges

I personally pack every product myself before it ships to ensure it reaches you safely. If, for any reason, you receive a damaged product please write me, within 5 business days, with details and photographs and I will be happy to arrange a replacement or offer another product of similar value.

Currently, I cannot offer a refund or replacement in any other circumstance but that is likely to change over the next few months.


Additional Policies

I include a receipt with your package. If you are purchasing a gift that is to be sent directly to the recipient, please write me quoting your order number. I will include a card with the message of your choice and will not include any receipts or invoices.
